Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a class you need to notify us, no shows lose the option of a make up class.

Class cancellations have to be notified  with at least 24 hours before the class starts to arrange a time to make up the missed class.

If one week you need to change the class to a different class in the same week or the next, you need to notify us three days in advance (subject to space availability)

 

Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

If you have paid  for a monthly fee you can obtain a refund provided you notify within a week of the start of that month. When you notify us with less than a week you may transfer the enrollment fee to a different month.

Exchanges

if you have paid your monthly fee, but find you are unable to attend you may transfer that fee to a friend of family member for them to attend during that month. (This is only applicable to a monthly block of four classes and never for a single class)
